Yoga Therapy - An individualized approach to yoga in which we use a variety of tools to facilitate your body's own healing response. While all yoga is therapeutic, Yoga Therapy targets the specific imbalances that can give rise to chronic health problems, injuries, and disease. I specialize in working with cancer survivors, special needs children, and infertility, although I have experience with a wide range of client needs.

General Yoga Instruction - Studio-based classes and privates open to the general public; for people without major injuries or illness. I teach both active/athletic yoga classes as well as more gentle Yin Yoga. I offer 1-on-1 sessions for people who want to develop their own home yoga routine or fine tune an aspect of their practice.
