Services & Rates
1-on-1 Coaching
Coaching is conducted by telephone with each session lasting 30 minutes. Client is responsible for placing the calls.
- Free email support and phone check-ins available between sessions
- No long term contract required
- Rate is $275.00 per month for four sessions or $150.00 per month for two sessions
Group Coaching
If you have a group of colleagues or friends with similar interests and/or goals I can coach you together. You work on your own individual goals and have the added benefit of being able to strategize with other people in a similar situation.
- Three participants minimum, six participants maximum
- Coaching is conducted by telephone. We meet three times per month, with each session lasting 60 minutes. Client is responsible for placing the calls
- Free email support and phone check-ins available between calls
- In order to maintain a positive group dynamic, participants are asked to make a 3 month minimum commitment to the coaching sessions
- Rate is $225.00 per month per participant
