About Laura

I began coaching in 1999 and am a graduate of Coach U, the largest coach training organization in the world. My prior career has spanned the arts, education, and professional development. I was formerly Director of Professional Development for a nation-wide education company, and developed coaching programs for InsideTrack, which provides coaching services to universities and students. I am well-versed in the areas of career development, career changing, and new business start-ups. In my early professional life I worked in art galleries and museums, and many of my clients are from creative fields: visual arts, writing, film, and television. I am also a certified yoga teacher and enjoy coaching other yoga and wellness professionals who want to build their business and increase their income.

On the personal front, I am an Illinois native currently living in Boulder, Colorado. I have a B.A. from Wellesley College and an M.A. from Stanford University. I believe that change is a positive force in life and I seek out new experiences. I like being challenged! In my free time I hike, horseback ride, snowboard, read, and spend time with my excellent husband and friends.
